Individal Therapy
In-person, online, or telephonic counseling services for individuals (14+) who live in Florida. You can choose the schedule that works best for your lifestyle, with weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly sessions available.
- All individual sessions are 50 minutes in length.

Groups
I offer groups periodically throughout the year that will be announced 1 month before its start. Topics of concern vary, however, they run about 6-9 weeks for 90 minutes and are no larger than 5-7 individuals.
Peer Consultation
Consultations offer counselors in training looking for support with graduate school or the NCE the opportunity to meet one-on-one with an RMHCI who has gone through a similar process. Consultations are perfect for anyone who has questions about the graduate school process, the mental health counseling field, career, and RMHCI licensure.
